Meeze Services Policy

     Effective Date: August 24, 2026 · Company: Meeze · Contact: success@meeze.io

This Expert Services Policy (“Policy”) governs the optional professional, implementation, automation, consulting, and managed services (“Expert Services”) provided by Meeze Technologies (“Meeze,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who select and purchase such services through the Meeze platform or through an applicable order, subscription, service selection, statement of work, or other written agreement. This Policy is intended to clearly explain what Meeze Expert Services include, how service levels operate, what is and is not included, how third-party services and costs are handled, and the limitations applicable to business, marketing, sales, revenue, and performance outcomes. By selecting, purchasing, or continuing to use an Expert Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.

    1. Purpose of Expert Services

Meeze Expert Services are designed to help customers reduce administrative workload, implement business systems, configure automation, organize workflows, and operate selected business processes through the Meeze platform. The purpose of these services is to help you execute and manage operational work more efficiently. Meeze may perform implementation, configuration, optimization, management, and related operational tasks on your behalf depending on the service and service level selected. Expert Services are intended to reduce repetitive administrative work and help customers make better use of the Meeze platform. However, Expert Services do not constitute a guarantee that your business will generate additional sales, revenue, customers, profit, leads, bookings, or other commercial results.

    2. Human-Delivered Services

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, Expert Services are performed by members of the Meeze team or other authorized human service professionals working on behalf of Meeze. The use of software, automation technology, artificial intelligence, templates, third-party platforms, or other technical tools may support the delivery of a service, but the service itself is not represented as being entirely automated. The level of human involvement depends on the service and the service level selected by the Customer.

    3. Service Levels

Customers may select different levels of assistance for each available Expert Service. The available service levels are: Essential  intended for customers who require basic implementation, configuration, setup, or limited ongoing assistance. Essential services generally involve a lighter level of hands-on support and are appropriate for customers who can manage some portions of their business operations independently. Growth  intended for customers requiring a greater level of ongoing assistance, implementation, optimization, or operational support. Growth may include more regular hands-on work, additional configuration, optimization, campaign or workflow management, and other services specifically identified in the applicable service description or Scope of Work. Dedicated  intended for customers requiring the highest level of hands-on assistance available under the selected service. Dedicated services may involve more extensive implementation, management, optimization, customization, and ongoing operational support, subject to the applicable Scope of Work and service capacity. The names "Essential," "Growth," and "Dedicated" describe the level of service capacity and hands-on assistance available. They do not mean that every service contains the same tasks at every level. The specific work included within each service level is determined by the service selected, the service-level description, the applicable "Learn More" or service-information page, the Customer's selected configuration, any applicable Scope of Work, and any written agreement between Meeze and the Customer. Where a specific Scope of Work exists, that Scope of Work will control the work to be performed for the Customer.

    4. Available Expert Services

Meeze may provide the following Expert Services. Automation  workflow configuration, automation implementation, and process optimization within the supported Meeze environment. Services may include workflow setup and configuration, trigger and action configuration, automation implementation, follow-up automation, internal process automation, lead-routing workflows, customer journey workflows, notification workflows, operational handoff automation, and testing and optimization of implemented workflows. The Automation Service is intended to reduce repetitive manual work. Meeze does not guarantee that an automation will produce a particular sales, revenue, conversion, or business result. Email & SMS  campaign creation, configuration, management, and optimization. Services may include email and SMS campaign creation, campaign configuration and scheduling, audience or contact segmentation, follow-up sequences, basic campaign optimization, campaign management, workflow-based messaging, and testing and monitoring of campaigns. Any fees charged by third-party email, SMS, telecommunications, messaging, carrier, number, delivery, or communication providers are not included in the Meeze Expert Service fee unless expressly stated otherwise in writing. Examples may include SMS usage fees, email sending fees, phone-number fees, carrier fees, messaging provider fees, registration or compliance fees, telecommunications charges, and third-party platform subscription fees. The Customer is responsible for applicable third-party charges. Meeze does not control the pricing, availability, policies, restrictions, deliverability, or service performance of third-party communication providers. Appointments  setting up and optimizing the Customer's booking and appointment-management system. Services may include booking-system setup, calendar configuration, appointment workflow configuration, booking-page configuration, reminder workflows, confirmation workflows, rescheduling workflows, appointment-related automation, and optimization of the booking process. Meeze provides the infrastructure and operational setup required to facilitate appointment booking. Meeze does not guarantee that the Customer will receive appointments, consultations, meetings, customers, or sales, and does not represent that configuring an appointment system will automatically generate demand for the Customer's business. Lead Generation  lead sourcing and outreach-related operational services. Services may include lead sourcing, lead-list preparation, prospect identification, lead organization, outreach setup, outreach campaign configuration, follow-up workflows, lead management, prospect communication workflows, and outreach optimization. Lead Generation Services do not constitute a guarantee of leads, qualified leads, appointments, customers, sales, revenue, profit, conversion rates, return on investment, or business growth. Lead response rates and commercial outcomes may depend on numerous factors outside Meeze's control, including market conditions, pricing, offer quality, industry, competition, prospect demand, customer reputation, sales ability, outreach messaging, contact data quality, deliverability, and the Customer's ability to close opportunities. Meeze therefore makes no guarantee that lead sourcing or outreach will result in sales or revenue. Ecommerce  store setup and operational management. Services may include store setup, product configuration, store structure, basic store management, product organization, ecommerce workflow configuration, order-related automation, customer-management workflows, and operational optimization. The exact scope depends on the ecommerce platform, the Customer's requirements, the selected service level, and the applicable Scope of Work. Meeze does not guarantee ecommerce sales, order volume, revenue, profit, conversion rates, or customer acquisition. Voice AI  deployment, configuration, testing, and optimization of supported AI voice agents. Services may include voice AI agent deployment, agent configuration, conversation-flow configuration, call-routing configuration, prompt and instruction configuration, appointment-related voice workflows, testing, optimization, and basic monitoring and refinement. Third-party telecommunications, voice, telephony, number, carrier, AI, usage, transcription, recording, or other provider charges are not included unless expressly stated in the applicable Scope of Work. The Customer is responsible for applicable third-party usage and subscription costs. Meeze does not guarantee that an AI voice agent will generate sales, appointments, leads, revenue, or other commercial outcomes. The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that its use of voice, calling, recording, messaging, and AI services complies with applicable laws and regulations. Landing Pages  landing-page design and development. Services may include landing-page design, page structure, layout development, responsive design, content placement, form integration, call-to-action configuration, basic conversion-oriented optimization, integration with supported Meeze workflows, and testing and launch assistance. The exact number of pages, revisions, sections, functionality, integrations, and development requirements will depend on the applicable service level and Scope of Work. Meeze does not guarantee that a landing page will generate a specific number of visitors, leads, customers, sales, or revenue. Marketing  marketing strategy and campaign-management assistance. Services may include marketing strategy, campaign planning, campaign structure, marketing workflow configuration, campaign management, audience organization, marketing automation, performance monitoring, campaign optimization, and marketing-process recommendations. Unless expressly included in a written Scope of Work, the Marketing Service does not include paid advertising spend, media buying, advertising platform charges, ad account charges, advertising credits, professional photography, video production, graphic design, creative production, or paid advertising creative development. Any advertising budget or third-party advertising cost is the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Meeze does not guarantee advertising results, impressions, clicks, leads, customers, sales, revenue, ROAS, or profit. Integrations  connecting and configuring supported business tools, third-party applications, and external platforms with Meeze. Services may include connecting supported applications, configuration of supported integrations, data-flow configuration, workflow connections, trigger and action configuration, testing, basic troubleshooting, and integration optimization. Meeze may assist with the configuration of third-party applications; however, the Customer remains responsible for maintaining valid accounts, subscriptions, permissions, credentials, licenses, and access to those third-party services.

    5. Third-Party Applications, APIs, and Services

Third-party applications, APIs, platforms, communication providers, software subscriptions, infrastructure, and external services are generally not included in the price of Meeze Expert Services unless specifically stated in writing. Examples include API usage fees, third-party SaaS subscriptions, email providers, SMS providers, voice providers, telephone numbers, payment providers, advertising platforms, ecommerce platforms, hosting providers, domain providers, external automation platforms, external AI services, data providers, CRM or business applications, and other third-party software or infrastructure. Any cost imposed by a third-party provider is the responsibility of the Customer. Meeze does not control third-party pricing, availability, functionality, policies, API limits, service interruptions, account suspensions, changes, restrictions, or discontinuation. If a third-party service requires an additional payment, subscription, license, usage charge, or API fee, the Customer may be required to purchase or maintain that service separately.

    6. Out-of-the-Box Requirements

Meeze Expert Services are designed around supported and reasonably standard implementations. A request that requires substantial customization, unsupported functionality, custom software development, unusual architecture, custom API development, specialized infrastructure, or work outside the standard service offering may be considered an Out-of-Scope Requirement. Meeze will review such requirements and may provide consultancy or recommend an appropriate implementation approach. No out-of-scope work will be treated as automatically included in the Customer's standard service. Where appropriate, Meeze may prepare a separate Scope of Work, quotation, or written agreement before undertaking additional work.

    7. Scope of Work

Where a Customer's requirements are sufficiently specific or customized, Meeze may establish a written Scope of Work ("SOW"). The SOW may specify services to be provided, deliverables, implementation requirements, service level, responsibilities of each party, required third-party services, project limitations, implementation timelines, revision limits, technical requirements, dependencies, and applicable additional fees, if any. The SOW will form part of the agreement between Meeze and the Customer. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a signed or expressly accepted SOW, the applicable SOW will govern the specific scope of work to the extent of that conflict.

    8. No Automatic Charges for Out-of-Scope Work

Meeze will not automatically charge the Customer for work that has not been agreed to as part of the applicable service or Scope of Work. If additional work is requested that falls outside the agreed scope, Meeze may first review the request with the Customer. Where an additional fee is applicable, Meeze will communicate the additional scope and applicable pricing before proceeding, unless the Customer has already expressly authorized such work under a standing agreement.

    9. Customer Responsibilities

Successful service delivery may require cooperation from the Customer. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate business information, required content, brand assets, product information, account access, appropriate permissions, third-party credentials where required, API keys where required, necessary approvals, legal and compliance information, timely feedback, and required materials and instructions. Delays caused by missing information, unavailable access, delayed approvals, third-party restrictions, or Customer-side issues may affect implementation timelines. Meeze is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

    10. Customer Ownership and Authorization

The Customer represents that it has the legal right and authority to provide Meeze with access to its systems, business information, customer information, communication platforms, marketing accounts, websites, databases, and other resources necessary for the selected services. The Customer remains responsible for ensuring that the information and materials it provides to Meeze may lawfully be used for the requested purpose. The Customer is responsible for maintaining appropriate permissions and authorizations for third-party platforms.

    11. No Guarantee of Business Growth

Meeze Expert Services are operational and implementation services. Meeze does not guarantee that using any service will increase sales, revenue, profit, leads, appointments, conversion rates, reduce advertising costs, increase customer retention, improve return on investment, produce a specific marketing result, produce a specific financial result, or cause the Customer's business to grow. Any examples, estimates, projections, case studies, performance indicators, or potential benefits presented by Meeze are informational and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future performance. Business performance depends on factors that may be outside Meeze's control.

    12. No Promise to Build or Operate the Customer's Business

Meeze provides operational support, implementation, automation, and selected business-process services. Meeze does not become the Customer's business owner, management team, sales department, or executive team. Unless expressly agreed in a written Scope of Work, Meeze does not run the Customer's entire business, assume responsibility for business decisions, guarantee business growth, guarantee profitability, guarantee sales, guarantee customer acquisition, guarantee market success, assume responsibility for the Customer's products or services, determine the Customer's pricing, or guarantee the Customer's commercial strategy. The Customer remains responsible for its business decisions and commercial operations.

    13. Consultancy

Meeze may provide consultancy, recommendations, implementation guidance, and operational advice where appropriate. Consultancy is intended to help the Customer understand available options and determine suitable implementations. Consultancy does not constitute legal, accounting, tax, financial, regulatory, or other professional advice unless expressly provided by a properly qualified professional under a separate agreement. The Customer remains responsible for determining whether a recommended implementation is appropriate for its business.

    14. Compliance and Legal Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that its business activities and use of Meeze, third-party platforms, communication systems, marketing systems, AI services, and customer data comply with applicable laws and regulations. This may include laws and regulations concerning marketing communications, email, SMS, telemarketing, calling, call recording, data protection, privacy, consumer protection, advertising, intellectual property, ecommerce, payments, AI-generated communications, and customer consent. Meeze may provide technical implementation assistance but does not assume the Customer's legal or regulatory obligations. Meeze's Data Processing Addendum may apply where Meeze processes Customer Personal Data on the Customer's behalf.

    15. Third-Party Availability

Expert Services may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, communication providers, AI providers, advertising platforms, payment providers, ecommerce platforms, or other external systems. If a third-party provider changes its API, changes its pricing, restricts access, suspends an account, experiences an outage, changes functionality, discontinues a service, or introduces technical limitations, Meeze may be unable to provide or maintain a particular integration or service without modification. Meeze will make reasonable efforts to address issues within its control but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party functionality.

    16. Service Availability and Implementation Times

Estimated implementation or delivery times may be communicated during onboarding or within a Scope of Work. Any stated timeframe is an estimate unless expressly identified as a guaranteed contractual deadline. Implementation may depend on Customer cooperation, third-party systems, account approvals, API access, required content, technical complexity, compliance requirements, revisions, and changes requested by the Customer.

    17. Changes to Requirements

If the Customer changes its requirements after implementation has started, Meeze may determine that the requested change falls outside the original scope. Examples may include new workflows, additional integrations, additional pages, new campaigns, additional automation, additional functionality, new platforms, custom API development, additional data migration, or material changes to the original requirements. Such requests may require a revised Scope of Work.

    18. Service Selection and Learn More Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the service information presented by Meeze before selecting a service and service level. The applicable service descriptions, including the differences between Essential, Growth, and Dedicated, are available through Meeze's service information and "Learn More" sections. Customers should review the relevant service description before purchasing. The service information available on Meeze's website forms part of the information used to define the selected service, subject to any specific SOW or written agreement.

    19. Fees and Third-Party Charges

Expert Service fees are separate from third-party costs unless expressly stated otherwise. The Customer may therefore have two categories of costs: Meeze Service Fees  fees paid to Meeze for the selected Expert Service and service level. Third-Party Costs  fees charged by external providers required to operate the selected service. Third-party costs may include usage-based fees, subscriptions, API charges, communication charges, advertising spend, hosting fees, software licenses, phone numbers, or other provider charges. Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party charges are not included in the Meeze Expert Service fee.

    20. Service Modifications

Meeze may update, modify, replace, or discontinue individual Expert Services or service-level features from time to time. Where a material change affects an active service, Meeze may provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law or the Customer's agreement. Existing SOWs may continue to govern previously agreed deliverables unless otherwise agreed.

    21. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of intellectual property it owned before the provision of the services. Customer-provided materials, trademarks, content, data, logos, and business assets remain the property of the Customer or their respective owners. Meeze retains ownership of its software, platform, templates, frameworks, processes, automation methodologies, internal tools, pre-existing code, pre-existing intellectual property, and general know-how. Any specific ownership or licensing arrangement for custom deliverables may be established in a separate written agreement or Scope of Work.

    22. Confidentiality

Meeze will handle Customer information in accordance with applicable agreements and policies governing confidentiality, privacy, and data protection. Customers should not provide highly sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for the requested service and appropriate safeguards are in place. Where applicable, the parties may enter into additional confidentiality or data-processing agreements.

    23. Limitation of Responsibility for Business Outcomes

The Customer acknowledges that Meeze's role is to provide operational, technical, implementation, automation, and related Expert Services. Meeze does not control the Customer's market, customer demand, competitors, pricing, product quality, sales performance, customer service, customer retention, advertising budgets, market conditions, economic conditions, third-party platform performance, or customer decisions. Accordingly, the Customer accepts responsibility for its business outcomes and understands that no Expert Service constitutes a promise of financial or commercial success.

    24. Service Cancellation or Termination

Cancellation or termination of an Expert Service will be governed by the applicable subscription terms, service agreement, order, or Scope of Work. Upon termination, Meeze may cease providing the applicable Expert Service after the applicable termination date. Any outstanding third-party charges, commitments, subscriptions, usage fees, or other external costs remain the responsibility of the Customer where applicable.

    25. Relationship Between the Platform and Expert Services

Meeze operates both as a software platform and, where selected by the Customer, as a provider of optional Expert Services. The Customer's software subscription and Expert Services may have separate pricing, scopes, terms, and billing arrangements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or using an Expert Service does not transfer ownership of the Meeze software platform to the Customer.

    26. No Agency or Employment Relationship

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the provision of Expert Services does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or agency relationship between Meeze and the Customer. Meeze acts as an independent service provider. The Customer remains responsible for its employees, contractors, agents, business operations, customers, and commercial decisions.

    27. Acceptance of This Policy

By selecting an Expert Service, selecting a service level, submitting an order, accepting a Scope of Work, or otherwise authorizing Meeze to begin providing an Expert Service, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that: 1. The Customer has reviewed the applicable service description; 2. The Customer understands the selected service level; 3. The Customer understands what is included and excluded; 4. The Customer understands that third-party costs are generally separate; 5. The Customer understands that out-of-scope requirements may require separate approval; 6. The Customer understands that Meeze does not guarantee sales, leads, revenue, profit, or business growth; 7. The Customer understands that Expert Services are primarily intended to reduce administrative work and assist with implementation and operational execution; 8. The Customer accepts responsibility for its own business, legal compliance, and commercial outcomes.
